    Hey Glen and Vicki, loved the article in the Daily Press. My friend Bob and I are making a double IPA. How long do you leave yours in the secondary fermenter? My recepie calls for dry hopping after 14 days.

      Hi Blake, after 14 days is fine, you want to make sure there is a full ferment. But, don’t leave it on the dry hops more than seven days, it’s seems to impart an off flavor that
