Pumpkin Cider…Fall is here!!

Woodchuck Hard Cider presents from their Private Reserve a new 6.9% alcohol content Pumpkin cider. Available for the upcoming Fall season.

The line distinguishing hard cider from beer is getting murkier. Exceptional ciders are being made using beer yeast. Apple-flavored beer is a fall rage.

Now comes Pumpkin Cider from The Vermont Hard Cider Company, makers of the Woodchuck brand. It’s a BIG cider, at 6.9 percent alcohol by volume, stronger than most and on a par with some leading pumpkin-flavored craft beers.

Woodchuck’s subtle use of pumpkin works well in this spicy, slightly sweet cider that tastes more of apple and a hint of molasses.

Woodchuck claims that its Private Reserve Pumpkin Cider is unique, and made in limited quantities for fall.
