Tasting notes

Clear red-amber color. Medium carbonation, near perfect white head. Obvious Centennial themed nose, medium hoppy. Clean, medium mouth-feel, medium bitter up front, but finishes surprisingly smooth. Correct bitterness is there, but fades fairly quick. Refreshing, very nice example of a West Coast style IPA.

  1. Is this the recipe from the kit? I cannot locate my recipe/instructions and finally have time to brew it.

Its interesting that you mention The Brewing Network. I’m a big fan and commented on their success over at The Beer Diary.
