Pilsner 1 lb Extremely pale dried malt extract made from base malt and Carapils. Malty flavor and light color make it ideal for any pale style
Carawheat .5 lb A medium caramel malt made from malted wheat.
Chocolate Rye .25 lb Use 1-5% to add color and a subtle roasty character
Carafoam .25 lb German dextrin malt ideal for adding body and foam stability to pale lagers.
