Carapils 1 lb Add and heat water to 170 degrees. Remove and drain.
Carafoam 1 lb Add and heat water to 170 degrees. Remove and drain.
Crystal 20 L 1 lb Add and heat water to 170 degrees. Remove and drain.
Light Dry Malt 2 lb Add at last 10 min of boil
Light Malt Extract 3.3 lb Add at last 10 min of boil
maltodextin 6 oz Add at last 10 min of boil
Corn Sugar 1 oz Add at last 10 min of boil
Dried Mango 2.5 lb Add at last 30 min of boil to extract the sugar. Squeeze bag to drain. We put fruit in the food processor, then poured vodka over and set in the refrigerator. Add to secondary.
