Tasting notes

December 2011 Notes: Medium hop nose. Almost completely clear despite being one week in the bottle. Very nice, strong hop flavor, but medium bitterness. Strong hop finish, let's check back on this one in late January 2012. February 21, 2012. Med. hop nose, strong hop in the front with a some citrus lingering, med bitter, full mouthfeel, finishes with a mellow hop.
