Chocolate Malt .25lb Steeping grain, use a grain bag and steep until 170F
Briess Caramel 80 .5lbs Steeping grain, use a grain bag and steep until 170F
Corn Sugar 4oz Priming sugar, used at bottling. Boil 4 oz with 2 cups of water for 5 minutes.
Dark Malt Syrup 3.15lbs 60 minute boil time
Dark Malt Syrup - Late Addition 6lbs 15 minute boil time.
Corn Sugar 1lb Added at flameout

Tasting notes

Slight cascade in the nose, a little cascade on the front palate, mouthfeel is medium. Middle of the palate feels rich, almost creamy. Firm bitterness that fades quickly, mild malty finish. Nice cold, midday, winter day beer.
