Tasting notes

There is a full pound of hops in this beer! There are enough ingredients in this beer to make four session beers!! We will ferment 3 weeks, put into secondary 4-6 weeks, then bottle condition for another 2-4 weeks. Total time around 3 months. Just in time for Easter! Beer age: 11 weeks at this point. Chestnut in color with slightly off white head. Floral nose, malt forward, floral, bitter finish, that does not subside quickly. Although well hidden, The alcohol can be felt at about 4 oz into the pint. At 10.48 we rightly named this: ONE & DONE
