Northern Brewer “Kiwi Express IPA”

First picture taken after 4 hours, 2nd picture taken at 10 hours as violent fermentation is taking place. At times  the blow off causes eruptions that spill onto the floor of the fermentation chamber.

First picture, beautiful pour. Second picture, we love the lace on the glass. Maybe the Caramel 20 contributed to that.

Tasting notes

Hazy, golden color. Floral, piney nose. Smooth, medium to thick mouth-feel. Bright, citrus flavor, very nice lacing in the glass. Not a hop bomb, but very dry, crisp hop flavor. Finishes quickly, with a mild to medium bitterness on the back of of the palate.
