Yeasts

WLP001 1 vial Used a starter of 7.5 oz DME boiled with 2000 ml water and cooled. Add yeast and put on stir plate, for 48 hours. Drain off the beer leaving the yeast on the bottom. Make another 7.5 DME and 2000 ml water mixture and pour over yeast. put on stir plate for 48 hours. Pour off the beer again and add yeast to the wort.
