More Beer’s “Russian River’s Blind Pig” – II

This is our second time brewing this recipe. The first recipe we added 4.5 pounds of Red Raspberries, and it turned our great! This time, we followed the recipe to the “t”.

 

Phil is our Groundhog Day beer, affectionately named for Phil the shadow seeking groundhog.

Tasting notes

This has a nicely hopped nose to it, the cascade comes through as well as the Williamette. medium bitterness. we gave this one 28 days to ferment. Well worth the wait.
