Tasting notes

Dense dark brown color, medium tan head. Pronounced hazelnut, but mild chocolate aroma. Nice bittersweet cocoa flavor, very mild hop bite. This will be a very good beer with a month of age on it. Stay tuned... 02-05-2012 >>Cocoa, slightly sweet nose, Med to high carbonation drive the flavors to the back of the palate. The hazelnut has calmed down a little with a mild hazelnut and chocolate blend. Nice desert beer, maybe with your favorite cigar.
