Tasting notes

Ok, so "Hopzilla" might be overstating it. We just thought it was a cool name. If you do want near perfect example of a west-coast IPA, then brew this one. Medium bitterness, (I'm guessing about 60 IBUs), light amount of malt backbone, very clean, refreshing finish. Color is nice, beer is clearing up with age. Try this beer. Cheers! Update:Hops have mellowed, beer has an uncharacteristic reddish hue, but very clear. Too bad this one is about gone, I guess we'll have to brew again. Cheers!
