    How did the kumquat IPA turn out? What changes (with the kumquats) would you make, if any? I will be brewing an IPA w/kumquats for the first time and will take any advice you may have. Thanks.

      Thanks for the question, Kirk. Take the time to remove as many of the fruit’s seeds as possible, this will help with chill haze. Also, maybe back off on the dry hopping to let the fruit’s natural astringency
      shine through. Other than that, we all really enjoyed the beer. Cheers, Glenn
