Pale 2 Row 13 lb A great base malt for all beer styles, especially American ales and lagers. With moderate protein and enzyme levels and a very clean, smooth finish,
Crystal 40L 1 lb Crystal 40L is used in some Pale Ales and most Amber Ales. It can also be used in darker beers, as well, when you are looking for the benefit of Crystal malt and some color contribution, but not the caramel notes that the higher colored Crystal malts have.

Centennial 2.5 oz 9.5% 23.75 10 min Medium with floral and citrus tones.
Simcoe 2.0 oz 13% 26 10 min Simcoe is a high alpha bittering and aroma hop with what is best described as a "fresh cut pine" aroma. It is used most commonly in American pale ales.
summit 2.0 oz 18% 36 160* It has a low cohumulone content with a with funky, earthy, tangerine character. Early and late additions in hoppy ales.
