Tea Bag Flavor Secondary 1 bag 1 wk We used a 1 oz tea bag of Orange Pekoe & Pekoe cut black tea. It is used to make one gal of tea. Added after one week of fermentation.

Yeasts

San Diego Super Yeast 1 pkg Add to starter 24 hrs in advance. Starter is 4 oz of corn sugar boiled in 2 cups of water and brought to room temp.
