20141018_135806 Beautiful dark beer 8.3  ABV. Kegged with co2. Wait 2 weeks. Flavor right now is chocolaty, peanut butter makes a presence, and the lactose gives it a wonderful mouthfeel.

Pale 2 Row 12 lb High in enzymes, and easily converts with a single step infusion mash. It has a light, clean, smooth flavor
Munich 1 lb This is a light Munich malt that has a hefty toasted bread character
Chrystal 40L 1 lb Sweet, mild caramel flavor and a golden color. Use in light lagers and light ales.
Flaked Oats 1 lb Add a distinctive full bodied grainy/oaty flavor, and silky smooth texture.
Chocolate Malt .5 lb Chocolate malt will give your beer a warm, nutty, chocolate-like flavor.
Black Patent .5 lb Has a sharper flavor than other roasted grains. A dark malt for use in Porters and the occasional Stout. Often used to provide color without overpowering flavor
