Extra Pale Ale 9 Stir occasionally and heat to a rolling boil
Corn Sugar .25 Priming Sugar. Used for bottling. Boil 2 cups of water for 5 minutes.

Tasting notes

Medium hop nose; classic centennial, cascade, columbus finish. Light to medium amber color. Light cream/white head. Medium ABV, just over 6%. Slight malt backbone. A very true to style IPA.
