Victory Malt .5 Seeping grain. Use a grain bag and soak for 25 min.
Amber 9 Add while burner is off. Return to heat, stir occasionally and return to a boil.
Corn Sugar .25 Priming sugar, used at bottling. Boil with 2 cups of water for 5 min.

Tasting notes

First of all, We LOVE this beer! Color is great, just a real solid pale ale hop to malt balance, with just a noticeable fruit character in the background. No sweetness from the watermelon, but a nice subtle ester.Do all your beer buddies a favor, and brew this in time for your first hot day of the Spring. Perfect with a Padron Anniversario 64.
