Tasting notes

A very nice classic-looking red ale. We are hoping this one gets better with +- 4 weeks in the bottle. If you are looking for a really hoppy red, as the name suggests, you may have to crank up the supplied hops on your own. That said, there are enough to balance the malt, so very little residual sweetness to the finish. We will update this when we try the beer again at the beginning of December. Cheers!
