Tasting notes

We bottled this beer today,(10-20-12) so it's not carbonated yet. However, it's going to be a favorite on these cooler days of fall. A little spice, full mouth feel, leaves the throat a little warm. Today (11-11-12) This is my new favorite! It's beautiful as you can see, a slight head, light tan lace on the sides of the glass. Taffy, caramel aroma taste is sweet, roasty, pumpkin flavor is present with a full mouth feel finish with a clean malty finish
