Tasting notes

This was actually a real Hop Bomb, as you can see, It blew off the blow off tube during the night, so this is what we saw in the morning. However 3 months later, It is a beautiful, clear, copper color, with a medium white head. Beer is very aggressively hopped (7 oz of Dry Hops), But the malt backbone still comes through, leaving a residual sweetness on the back. There are 19.5 oz of hops in this Monster! At 8.12 ABV This is a GIANT winter warmer.
