Tasting notes

As you might imagine, this one has a Big cascade flavor that hits you right in the nose. Medium bitterness. Light in color, which is a surprise since there are 3 LBS of chopped cranberries. I guess all the color left during the blow, when the fermentation was at it's peak. Today we racked it off of the trub, we will bottle it next Saturday. I will update you then. 01-07-2012 Update:Very nice, but fast dissolving head. Beer didn't clear, very cloudy. Real crisp fruit ester, hops have mellowed to medium bitterness. Sneaky alcohol content.
